Promote the welfare of Polish Americans in political, religious, ethnic, educational, social, health and economic matters.

Protect the good name of Polish Americans, Poland and American Polonia.

Assist the people of Poland in maintaining their national independence free from interference by others.

Educate the American public about Poland's historic role, her aims, needs, right to continued independence and the integrity of her frontiers.

Actively promote the cooperation of American democratic institutions with the people of Poland.

Support the Polish American Congress Charitable Foundation (PACCF), a not-for-profit organization under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Service code, in carrying out cultural, education and humanitarian activities.
