Members of the Polish Navy prepare to board the newly commissioned guided missile frigate Tadeusz Kosciuszko, formerly the USS Wadsworth, San Diego Naval Base June 28th 2002. The frigate was a gift to the Polish nation in order to assist in upgrading its naval forces to conform with NATO standards.
